Last Friday, February 24, we signed a collaboration agreement with the Federation of Colles of the Aplec del Caragol de Lleida (FECOLL) to promote awareness of the culture, history and memory of Lleida and its regions.
With this agreement, both entities reinforce our objectives of promoting promotion and development plans for our regions. We remember that Diskover was born emphasizing a greater personal awareness of the tourist towards the human, natural and cultural environment, and, therefore, many of the objectives that we adopted as agents of change in the tourism model, align with the objectives of FECOLL.
The Federation concentrates most of its efforts on the organization of the Aplec del Caragol (May) and the Autumn Gathering or Trobada de Colles (October). In addition, it organizes the Cultural Week that precedes the May festival and other activities such as the Castanyada and participation in the Carnival.
We hope that with this alliance, we will contribute to promoting local tourism and local trade in the regions of Lleida.
