Mapilife continues to grow with a quality tourist offer rooted in the territory through the hundreds of in-person distribution points throughout Salou and Southern Catalonia, thanks to Diskover, a digital tool that fits wonderfully with the concept in favor of a tourist offer of quality and rooted in the territory.
Diskover is a platform that promotes slow-fire, intelligent, responsible and local tourism that currently has more than 20,000 references from all over Catalonia, including half a hundred Mapilife experiences.
All references are geolocated on a digital map. This fact allows us to discover the original experiences and places around us in real time. Through Diskover’s filters and Artificial Intelligence, personalized routes can be created. Favorite places can also be saved and shared on networks and with friends.
With this collaboration, the application gathers information of interest to enjoy summer and the country to the fullest, without the need to plan, at our own pace and with local recommendations made by users. In addition, every day there are new references, such as major holidays, historical curiosities, local trade and restaurants.
